How can i get an RMA-Number?
Please use our RMA Ticket System. There you can leave your contact details, invoice number, failure description and after we checked your details we will assign a RMA-number.
As soon as you received the RMA number you can send the article to our adress in the bottom. sendings without an RMA number will be rejected.
