Die Bomann FR 2264 CB ist eine 2.000 Watt leistungsstarke Edelstahl-Fritteuse. Das Gehäuse, der Deckel sowie die Heizspirale bestehen komplett aus Edelstahl. Der FR 2264 CB verfügt über die Kaltzonentechnik, welche die im Fett befindliche Heizspirale schneller erhitzt und das Frittieren geruchsarmer wird. Die Fettfüllmenge beträgt 3 Liter. Das integrierte stufenlos regelbare Thermostat mit Kontrollleuchte sorgt für die richtige Temperatur zum Frittieren. Der Fettbehälter sowie die Heizspirale sind herausnehmbar und somit optimal zum Reinigen. Als Feature besitzt die Fritteuse eine Abtropfvorrichtung sowie ein Kabelfach.
