Der LevelOne GEP-1621 ist IEEE 802.3af/at konform und kann über die 16 Gigabit PoE+ Ports Endgeräte, über das Netzwerkkabel, mit Strom versorgen. Der GEP-1621 verfügt über ein PoE Gesamtbudget von 240 Watt und kann jedes Gerät mit bis zu 30 Watt versorgen. Der GEP-1621 kann im Desktopbetrieb genutzt werden, ist aber zusätzlich auch für die Rack-Montage geeignet.
