Das ICY BOX IB-377U3 ist ein externes Gehäuse für eine 3,5" SATA HDD mit USB-3.0-Anschluss und UASP-Unterstützung. Der Chipsatz unterstützt UASP Technologie und SATA III 6 Gbit/s Festplatten, somit ist der Datentransfer deutlich schneller als bei einem normalen USB 3.0 Gehäuse. Der Easy Swap-Mechanismus ermöglicht auch beim Festplattenwechsel eine hohe Geschwindigkeit - keine Schrauben, nur Klappe auf, Festplatte rausziehen, neue Festplatte einschieben, Klappe zu, fertig.
