Der Ryzen 7000 Delid-Die-Mate TG-DDM-R7000-R von Thermal Grizzly ist ein Werkzeug zum Entfernen des Heatspreaders (Köpfen / delidden) bei AMD Ryzen 7000-Prozessoren. Durch das Entfernen ist Direct Die Kühlung möglich, wodurch der CPU-Kühler direkt auf dem CPU-Chip montiert wird. Dadurch ist ein deutlich optimierter Wärmeübergang möglich.
