Die 2,5"-Festplatten dürfen gerne auch 12,5 oder 15 mm hoch sein. Dank seines Netzteils versorgt das Dock auch Festplatten, die 12 Volt Spannung brauchen. Das Gehäuse aus Aluminium sorgt für festen Stand und gutes Aussehen.
