Er ist für die aktive Kühlung der Rückseite der EVGA XC3 GeForce RTX 3080, 3080 Ti und 3090 GPUs gedacht. Wie beim Wasserblock bleibt auch bei der Aufrüstung mit einer aktiven Backplate das gesamte Gehäuse auf jeder Achse vollständig EK-Matrix7-konform. Dies ermöglicht eine einfache Integration und Ausrichtung mit allen anderen EK-Matrix7 Produkten.
